Jake's Hit 35!

April has been a busy month of celebrating & Jake's birthday brings it to an end. Brooklyn, Allie & I took some balloons to him at work to let him know we were thinking about him during the day. When the girls got home from school, they helped decorate the house. Jake had a Young Men's activity to go to tonight, so we had a quick party for him before he left. I picked up dinner from Carino's, we ate, sent Jake on a treasure hunt, opened his gifts & had dessert. The girls get so excited to do little things for their Dad--I think they get more excited for birthdays than Jake or I. It's cute.
Jake is the perfect husband for me & I'm so glad we found each other. He is an amazing dad & each day I watch the girls run to him, yell his name in excitement, crawl all over him, play with him & give him big hugs & kisses. He is so patient, understanding, thoughtful, hard-working, devoted, caring, loving, etc. etc. etc. Happy Birthday Jake!!
