A Picture Tells All

My kids love to do things grown-ups do. One of their favorite things is to take pictures with our camera. If I am with them then I don't mind them doing it, but when they just take it off the counter & start playing with it then it's not ok. Allie knows she is not supposed to use the camera without my help, but the temptation of seeing it there & no one around can sometimes be too much to handle. This morning, I walked into the kitchen & she was looking a little guilty. I asked her what was going on & she said "nothing". She then held up the camera from behind her & said she didn't take any pictures. One thing she doesn't realize yet is that all I have to do is turn the camera on & see if there are extra pictures on it. This is what I found...





She got caught!! Even though she broke the rule, I couldn't get mad at her. It's hard to get upset when they are just trying to grow up & be like mom or dad. We did have a talk & we'll see if she gets caught by the camera again.
